If a lodging plan, quotation, application screen, or individual agreement states different conditions, those conditions take precedence.

Services provided

Lodging reservations, lodging facility operation and management support, permit application support, launch support, and related services.

Timing of reservation or application completion

For online lodging reservations, the reservation is completed when the reservation completion screen is displayed or the completion email is sent. Operation support services are concluded when the company accepts the quotation or application details, or at the timing specified in an individual agreement.

Service price

Prices are shown in each lodging plan, service detail, quotation, application screen, or individual agreement.

Payment method

Payment is made by on-site payment, bank transfer, credit card, or another method designated by the company. For advance payment, payment is due at the time of online reservation or by the due date stated on the invoice.

Service provision timing

Lodging services are provided on the stay dates specified in each lodging plan. Operation support services are provided according to the timing stated in the service details, quotation, application details, or individual agreement.

Notice for advance payment

After reservation completion or acceptance of an application, the company will notify the customer by email or similar means of acceptance status, business information, confirmed amount, receipt date, service type, service period, and other necessary matters.

Fees other than the stated price

Accommodation tax, cleaning fees, service charges, bank transfer fees, transportation expenses, actual costs, and other necessary expenses may apply. Details are shown in each lodging plan, quotation, application screen, or individual agreement.

Refunds

Due to the nature of lodging and services, refunds are not available after the service has been provided. Different conditions, if any, will be stated in the lodging plan, service detail, quotation, or individual agreement.

Reservation changes and cancellations

Reservation changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions stated in each lodging plan, service detail, application details, or individual agreement.
